The 12th Hanoi International Printing and Packaging Exhibition (HanoiPrintPack 2025) is being held from July 2 to 5, 2025, at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center (ICE). As a key annual event in the sector, HanoiPrintPack 2025 not only showcases cutting-edge technology but also serves as a platform for professionals and businesses to shape the future of Vietnam’s printing and packaging industries.

The 12th Hanoi International Printing and Packaging Exhibition (HanoiPrintPack 2025) is being held from July 2 to 5, 2025, at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center (ICE).

1. Impressive Growth in Vietnam’s Printing and Packaging Sector

This year’s exhibition takes place amid remarkable growth in Vietnam’s printing and packaging industry. Hanoi is emerging as a dynamic industrial hub, capitalizing on its geographical advantages and expanding infrastructure.

Vietnam’s printing sector is experiencing steady growth, driven by digital transformation, sustainable development, and the adoption of new technologies. Projections show the industry will grow by 14.43% by 2028 and stabilize at 13.30% in 2029.

Simultaneously, the country’s packaging industry is focusing on green growth, sustainable production, the circular economy, and eco-friendly packaging solutions. Export turnover in this sector exceeded USD 2 billion in 2024, with annual growth rates between 10–12%, reaffirming Vietnam’s increasing role in the regional market.

2. Industry Leaders Gather at HanoiPrintPack 2025

Speaking at the opening ceremony on July 2, Mr. Hoàng Quang Phòng, Vice President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, emphasized the exhibition’s importance:

“The International Exhibition of Machinery and Industrial Equipment for Printing and Packaging has become a prestigious annual event successfully held in Vietnam for many years. This 12th edition features top organizations, enterprises, and manufacturers from 10 countries and territories in the packaging and printing sectors.”

He highlighted the exhibition as a valuable opportunity for local businesses and consumers to explore advanced technologies, modern production and management processes, and to stay updated on industry trends—enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese products and facilitating international market access.

The total exhibition area spans 3,538 square meters, showcasing the sector’s rapid development within the context of global integration.

This year, HanoiPrintPack 2025 brings together over 150 booths from 11 countries and territories, including leading industry players from China, Japan, the United States, and regional neighbors such as Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The total exhibition area spans 3,538 square meters, showcasing the sector’s rapid development within the context of global integration.

HanoiPrintPack 2025 is jointly organized by Yorkers Exhibition Service Vietnam Co., Ltd. and the Vietnam National Trade Fair & Advertising Company (VINEXAD), under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

A representative from Yorkers Exhibition Vietnam noted that this year’s showcase includes state-of-the-art printing and packaging machinery, smart automation systems, materials, and advanced solutions.

“Hanoi continues to grow as an industrial center, benefiting from strategic geography, improved infrastructure, and strong international interest. These factors make Vietnam’s printing and packaging market increasingly attractive and full of potential,” the representative stated.

HanoiPrintPack 2025 offers visitors a hands-on experience with the latest technologies in printing and packaging—from automation systems to innovative materials. Leading companies such as Fujifilm, Qianrun, Konica Minolta, and Phu Loc Phat are showcasing smart, energy-efficient printers. Anhui Innovo Bochen Machinery, Li Shenq, and Jeremiah are introducing advanced packaging technologies.

HanoiPrintPack 2025 offers visitors a hands-on experience with the latest technologies in printing and packaging—from automation systems to innovative materials.

Suppliers including Han Hong Thinh Hai Phong, Seiwa, Jorn Corporation, Zhong Guan, and Neptune are presenting tailored solutions designed for efficient and sustainable printing and packaging production.

These innovations aim to deliver enhanced efficiency and sustainability, meeting current market demands and helping define the future of the industry.
